  11. Mr.A, this is Molly Murphy. I think that you should count in twos, fives and so on like -5,-10 or -2,-4,-6. But you make sure the negative integers are on the left and the positive numbers on the right.

  12. So i agree with both Josh and Shukri because both are correct for short and long numbers when doing a number line for adding or subtracting integers.

  30. Hi MR.A this is Jaewon Yoo. You just have to put the positives on the right side of the zero and the negatives on the left side of the zero. You can shorten it as well like into 5's or 10's

  51. This is Caleb, To use integers on a number line put the negative numbers (numbers below zero, have a dash to represent that) on the left of the zero and the positive numbers (numbers above zero) above the zero or to the right. If the numbers get to big then you can "Skip Count" or put the zero to the left or right more depending on the highest number of you equation or number sentence. I also agree with footballboy.

    ReplyDelete
  52. negatives--------------0--------------positives. So you just move the lower numbers to the left (negatives) and the bigger numbers on the right (positives). Also this is Michael.

  61. Many thanks indeed to everyone who has made at least 2 comments. You have earned full credit for this assignment. I'd like to see more conversation - collaboration or controvesy - taking place in future blogs. For example, its not enough to simply say " I agree with bla, bla, bla,..." without stating why or posting additional thought of your own to support your agreement or disagreement. Its a good start... way to go guys!
