11tools #2: My thouhgts....

This medium is an indispensable resource for communicating with this digital, 21st century generation of learners. If fully implemented, a major obtacle to learning will have been cleared because the teacher will be able meet the learner on his familiar grounds.

It invokes a great deal of sharing among all stake holders - students, educators, parents, the community and the country in general. Whoever came up with this idea deserves a 'Nobel Price'!

I can see myself blogging on tutorial questions with students and mixing learning and leisure.

The blogs posted by everyone show a variety of interests. In particular, i like Paul Ziegenbin's, Seda Dawson's, Agrawal Shivani's, Pat Joyce's and Amy Houser's comments and thoughts.

  1. Sharing? Yes, Kenneth, if it means sharing ideas related to a field of expertise among teachers or learning material between the teacher and a student. I would not want to go further. I don't share personal matters on the net.

  3. It's exciting to see the new ideas being generated for how to use blogs in math classrooms.
